1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

    • The item received is defectivedamaged, or incorrect.

    • The request is made within [7 days] of receiving the item.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

    • In original packaging with tags (if any).

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.


2. Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.

  • Accessories (e.g., caps, socks) for hygiene reasons.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued in the form of:

    • Store credit (preferred), or

    • Cash refund (only if store credit is not acceptable).

  • Refund processing may take [5–7 business days] after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for cases where Dropbystore is at fault.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide store credit or refund as per policy.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:
